"We have been using Travis/TLC for 10 years. We arrive for the summer each Memorial Weekend. Our family is able to move right in and enjoy our home and vacation time upon arrival because Travis has the house ready for us. He takes care of window washing, power washing the house & clearing gutters, turning up hot water heaters & thermostats, replaces furnace filters, changes light bulbs, picks up groceries and anything else we need to be move in ready. He even gets the cars detailed and filled with gas before we arrive. And, the same upon departure for the winter. He checks the house in the off season and takes care of any maintenance while we are away. It makes it very easy for us to keep a house long distance and enjoy it when we visit rather than working on the house during our vacations."
